Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“the user”, “you”, “your”) and LyntroAI (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the service”, “the platform”). By accessing, registering, browsing, or otherwise using the LyntroAI platform — including but not limited to the website lyntroai.fun, the user dashboard, related APIs, command-line tools, integrations, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the service.

01. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, registering, logging in, or otherwise interacting with LyntroAI in any capacity, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules referenced within. Your use of the service constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that all information you provide during registration and subsequent use is accurate, current, and complete. If you are using LyntroAI on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the service and may not register or maintain an account.

02. Definitions

For clarity throughout this document, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• “Service” / “Platform” — the LyntroAI website, dashboard, application, and all related tools, APIs, and infrastructure
• “User” / “You” — any individual or entity accessing or using the Service
• “Account” — your registered identity on LyntroAI, including your access token and authentication credentials
• “Bot” — automated software agents configured by you to perform messaging and interaction tasks on third-party platforms
• “AI-generated content” — images, videos, text, or other media produced by LyntroAI’s artificial intelligence systems
• “Third-party platforms” — external messaging services including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and Snapchat
• “Server package” — optional paid hosting infrastructure provided by LyntroAI as an alternative to bring-your-own-server deployment

03. Eligibility and account creation

3.1 Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use LyntroAI. By registering, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately without refund or recourse.

3.2 Account creation as acceptance

The creation of an account on LyntroAI — whether through the registration form, API endpoint, or any other method — is considered unequivocal, explicit, and binding acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. There is no separate signature requirement; the act of registration itself constitutes your legally binding agreement.

3.3 Credentials and security

Upon registration, you receive a unique access token (in the format TOK followed by numeric digits) and you set a password of your own choosing. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your token and password
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise distribute your credentials to any third party
• You will immediately notify support of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise
• Automatic password recovery is not available — recovery requires manual verification via support channels
• You bear sole liability for any activity conducted under your account, regardless of whether you personally authorized it

3.4 One account per user

Each user is entitled to maintain one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse beta limitations, or evade enforcement actions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

04. Beta status and service availability

4.1 No guarantee of functionality

LyntroAI is provided as beta software, which means it is under active development and is not warranted to be free from defects, errors, bugs, or downtime. You expressly acknowledge that:

• Features may be added, changed, removed, or temporarily disabled at any time without prior notice
• The service may experience scheduled or unscheduled outages for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues
• Performance, reliability, and quality may vary significantly during the beta period
• Data loss, although rare and unintended, remains a possibility, and you should maintain your own backups of any critical information
• API endpoints, dashboard interfaces, and integration methods may undergo breaking changes

4.2 No service-level agreement

During the beta period, LyntroAI does not offer or guarantee any specific service-level agreement (SLA), uptime percentage, response time, or quality of service. The platform is provided on a best-effort basis only.

4.3 Acknowledgment of beta nature

By using LyntroAI, you waive any expectation of receiving a fully-finished, production-ready, enterprise-grade product. You understand that you are using software that is intentionally in an unfinished state and you accept this condition as part of your use of the platform.

05. Acceptable use policy

You agree to use LyntroAI in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and respectful of others. Specifically, you commit to:

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and dignity of other individuals, including those who interact with your bots
• Use the service only for purposes you would publicly stand behind
• Maintain reasonable oversight of automated systems you deploy
• Promptly cease any activity that you become aware is causing harm

06. Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination, legal action, or both:

• Illegal activity — any conduct that violates applicable law, including fraud, identity theft, money laundering, drug trafficking, or any other criminal offense
• Fraud and financial deception — Using LyntroAI to engage in fraud, romance scams, social engineering, or any form of deception intended to obtain money or other benefits from other people is strictly prohibited. This includes configuring bots to build fake relationships, solicit money through misleading stories, or use manipulative tactics to extract financial value. Such activities are illegal and will result in immediate account termination. We may cooperate with relevant authorities in such cases.
• Harassment and abuse — using bots to threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate, defame, or otherwise harm any person
• Spam and unsolicited communication — mass messaging without genuine interaction value or in violation of anti-spam laws
• Phishing and fraud — attempting to obtain credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data under false pretenses
• Impersonation — pretending to be a real, identifiable person without their explicit and verifiable consent
• Child exploitation — generating, distributing, or facilitating any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts; this is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance
• Hate speech — content promoting violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics
• Platform abuse — using the service to violate the terms of third-party platforms in ways that could result in widespread account bans, legal action against LyntroAI, or harm to other LyntroAI users
• Reverse engineering — attempting to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract source code from LyntroAI’s proprietary systems
• Unauthorized access — attempting to gain access to accounts, servers, or data not belonging to you
• Resale and white-labeling — selling, sub-licensing, or repackaging LyntroAI services without an explicit written agreement

07. User-generated content and AI output

7.1 Your responsibility for output

LyntroAI provides tools that enable users to generate content automatically. You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for all content generated through your bots, your prompts, and your configuration choices. This includes text messages, images, videos, audio, and any other media produced by the platform under your direction.

7.2 No content moderation guarantee

While we implement reasonable safeguards, LyntroAI does not pre-screen, moderate, or guarantee the appropriateness of every piece of AI-generated content. Generative AI systems can occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate outputs. You agree to monitor your bots’ output and intervene when necessary.

7.3 Ownership and license

You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, and configuration data you create. By using the platform, you grant LyntroAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and operate on this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7.4 Responsibility for fraudulent use

You are fully responsible for how you configure and use the AI tools provided by LyntroAI. Using the platform to create bots that deceive or defraud other people is strictly prohibited. LyntroAI is a framework for building automated messaging systems and does not support or endorse any use of its technology for fraudulent or manipulative purposes.

08. Third-party platforms

LyntroAI integrates with external messaging platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and Snapchat. These platforms are independent services governed by their own terms of service and policies. You acknowledge that:

• Automation may violate the terms of service of certain platforms; you are solely responsible for understanding and accepting these risks
• LyntroAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform
• Account bans, content removals, or other enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms are not the responsibility of LyntroAI
• Platform APIs and access methods may change, breaking integrations without prior notice from LyntroAI
• You assume all risks associated with deploying automated systems on third-party services

09. Server packages and payments

9.1 Optional nature

Server packages are entirely optional. The core LyntroAI software is and will remain free to use with your own compatible infrastructure. Server packages exist solely as a convenience for users without the technical capability or desire to host their own infrastructure.

9.2 Payment processing

All payment transactions for server packages are conducted via Telegram in coordination with our support team. LyntroAI does not store credit card data, bank account information, or other sensitive financial details on its servers.

9.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the issue, the duration of use, and other relevant factors. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered in good faith.

9.4 Price changes

Server package pricing may change at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increases affecting them take effect.

10. Intellectual property

All proprietary software, code, design, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other intellectual property comprising the LyntroAI platform remain the exclusive property of LyntroAI and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use LyntroAI’s intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the LyntroAI platform, in whole or in part, without explicit prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LyntroAI, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data, content, or configurations
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions
• Bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior inherent to beta software
• Account bans, content removals, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms
• Damages resulting from the conduct of your AI bots while operating autonomously
• Reputational harm caused by misuse of the platform
• Any other indirect or consequential losses

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LyntroAI, its operators, employees, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Content generated or transmitted through your account
• Any legal action brought against LyntroAI as a result of your conduct on the platform

13. Account suspension and termination

13.1 By us

We reserve the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, abuse of the platform, harm to other users or third parties, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

In cases involving fraud, financial deception, or any form of scam using the platform, accounts will be terminated immediately and without prior notice.

13.2 By you

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support via Telegram. Upon termination, your account credentials are invalidated and your stored configuration data is queued for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall continue in effect.

14. Modifications to the service and terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform itself, our Telegram channel, or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Likewise, we may add, remove, or modify features of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility or preserve any specific functionality during the beta period.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which LyntroAI primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where LyntroAI is established. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or stricken to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.2 No waiver

The failure of LyntroAI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.3 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LyntroAI regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

16.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
